What Is an Invitation Suite?

An Invitation Suite includes the paper goods sent to your guests to inform them about your special event. 

Typically, a basic wedding invitation suite includes your Invitation Card + Envelope, Response Card + Envelope, and Details Card (Accommodation/Reception Card).  There are several O+G Paper packages to choose from for your needs though, even a more encompassing package including the Save the Date as well as Reception Menus + Wedding Ceremony Programs.

When should I book for my wedding?

The sooner the better to be sure to reserve your date on our design calendar but below are some great guidelines to keep in mind.  While these aren't the end-all-be-all, they're a good guide on how to be sure to avoid any rush fees.

Custom Wedding Stationery (Invitation Suite): 6 to 9 months before your day

Custom Save the Dates: 7 to 9 months before your day, 11 to 13 months for a destination wedding

Custom Wedding Signage: 2 to 4 months before your day

Custom Wedding Day Details (escort cards, menus, programs, welcome bag inserts etc.): 2 to 5 months before your day


Do I Need to Know exactly what i want?

Not at all! That's part of the fun of the design process. If you come with a good idea of the content you'd like to work with (verbiage and general style), I'm happy to help you work through the rest with some consultation and a custom proposal based on what we've discussed!  I love helping clients create something entirely unique!

How do I book my date?

How Soon Will I get my custom print?

Typically, our custom print turnaround is 3-5 weeks.  Contact us to check our design calendar if you need something sooner as we do rush orders as well.

do you provide sign surfaces Like mirrors & chalkboards?

I do not provide mirrors or chalkboards but am happy to recommend some wonderful local rental vendors or will gladly quote shipping rates if you're providing your own surfaces.  If you're looking for acrylic or stained wooden surfaces, we are able to provide these surfaces and these would be included in our custom project quote.  Raleigh-Durham area brides + clients are more than welcome to schedule drop-off and pick-up appointments at our home studio.
